Jesper Madsen has worked as a headhunter since 2007, and during this period he has conducted executive search and the assessment of C-suites for a number of Danish and international clients.
Jesper has thus built up a large network, as well as acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to recruit for industries such as Consumer/Retail, Digital/E-commerce, Life Sciences, IT/Telecommunications and NGO’s.
Jesper has an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark Odense, and he has supplemented his theoretical background with a 15-year commercial career with international companies such as Beiersdorf, Nestlé, Coca-Cola and Carlsberg. He has worked as a Partner and CEO for the marketing agency Promoters and worked as Managing Partner and CEO of Denmark’s largest executive search company, before he founded DNA Headhunting.

Since 2006, Frank Knudsen has served both international clients and owner-operated Danish companies in a wide range of industrial sectors and conducting C-level executive search as well as the recruitment of functional managers in within general management, sales/marketing, finance, HR, and IT among others. Frank also focuses on consulting within career development, management assessment as well as integration programmes for managers who step into new positions.
Before Frank joined DNA Headhunting he was CEO of a major executive search company. He has previously been CEO of a knowledge management company and European and Danish Marketing Director of McDonald’s, just as he has been the Marketing Manager for Kuwait Petroleum. Frank started his career as a project consultant for IBM and product manager at Quaker Oats.
Frank has an MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and also a Diploma in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Niels Prehn has for more than 25 years been an active and prominently visible figure within Executive Search in Denmark, where, as a Founding Partner, he has established and developed several successful companies. Niels has built a wide-ranging and loyal client base during his career in Executive Search, drawing on his extensive network, deep understanding of businesses and organizations, market trends, and in-depth experience with candidate assessment. Moreover, Niels has extensive experience supporting equity funds in assessing the leadership of portfolio company management teams. Niels began his professional career in the insurance sector, advancing to the role of Sales Executive Manager. His leadership abilities were honed during his service as a Captain in the Danish Army. Furthermore, Niels obtained a graduate diploma in Financial Management and Informatics from Copenhagen Business School and underwent management training with the Danish Army as a Captain of the Reserve.
